目的 Objectives

本獎項由高美慶教授贊助，香港美術教育協會主辦。設立目的在於肯定優秀視覺藝術教師的成就，期望藉「視覺藝術教師發展獎」鼓勵他們於繁重的工作下，持續創作及進修，提昇個人藝術造詣，培養教師追求卓越的文化及提昇教師專業的藝術素養。

This award is sponsored by Professor Mayching Kao and organized by the Hong Kong Society For Education In Art. The purpose of the establishment is to recognize the achievements of outstanding visual arts teachers. It is hoped that the "Visual Arts Teacher Development Award" will encourage them to continue to create and further their studies despite their heavy workload, enhance their personal artistic attainments, cultivate teachers' culture of pursuing excellence, and enhance the professionalism of teachers. Artistic literacy.

獎項 Award

​得獎者最多八名，每位最多可獲港幣20,000元資助（以實報實銷形式計算）及嘉許狀乙張。

*獲資助者須與本會簽署一份承諾書，以確保履行計劃書內容。

There are a maximum of 8 winners, each of whom can receive a maximum subsidy of HK$20,000 (on a reimbursable basis) and a certificate of commendation.

*Recipients must sign a commitment letter with the association to ensure the implementation of the plan.

參選資格 Eligibility

申請人必須：

1. 是香港永久居民；

2.  任教小學、中學或特殊學校之全職視覺藝術科教師；或

3. 於幼稚園或幼兒園任教有關視覺藝術或美育相關內容的全職教師；

4. 在2023/24學年或之前，已任教視覺藝術或美育相關科目不少於2年。

Applicants must:

1. Be a permanent resident of Hong Kong;

2. Member of Hong Kong Art Education Association;

3. A visual arts teacher teaching in primary, secondary or special schools; or

4. Teachers who teach visual arts or aesthetic education-related content in kindergartens or kindergartens;

5. Have taught visual arts or aesthetic education-related subjects for no less than 2 years in the 2023/24 school year or before

參選所需文件 Documents Required

1. 個人成就及履歷；

2. 藝術發展計劃書（如進修、交流、展覽、或創作等相關項目）；

3. 計劃財政預算；​

以傳真或電郵方式遞交的申請表格不會受理。所有已遞交的文件概不退還。

2. Art development plan (such as further study, exchange, exhibition, or creation and other related projects);

評審準則及程序 Assessment Criteria and Procedures

1. 評審準則包括申請者的資歷、計劃可行性、對藝術或藝術教育發展所帶來的效益等。

2. 評審程序包括審視申請者所提交的證明文件、面試表現及計劃書內容。評審委員可全權決定批款安排。

3. 本會或會聯絡申請人，索取補充資料，以供評審委員會考慮。

4. 本會將會以書面形式通知申請人審批結果。

1. The evaluation criteria include the applicant's qualifications, project feasibility, and benefits to the development of art or art education, etc.

2. The evaluation process includes reviewing the supporting documents submitted by the applicant, interview performance and proposal content. The review committee has full discretion to decide on funding arrangements.

3. The Association may contact the applicant to obtain additional information for consideration by the Assessment Committee.

4. The Association will notify the applicant in writing of the approval result.

計劃流程 Application Process

1. 遞交申請：申請者必須依規定填寫相關表格，並於計劃截止申請日期前提交

2. 審批申請：由本會成立的獨立評審小組進行評審
3. 公布結果：一般以書面形式通知申請結果書及發放第一期資助
4. 進行計劃：獲獎教師須按其計劃書內容履行其發展計劃
5. 計劃完成：獲獎教師須提交計劃完成報告及相關文件，第二期資助金額將在本會審核所有完成報告及相關文件後的一個月內發放。

1. Submit application: Applicants must fill in the relevant forms in accordance with regulations and submit them before the deadline for application.

2. Approval application: reviewed by an independent review team established by the Association

3. Announcement of results: Generally, the application results will be notified in writing and the first phase of funding will be released.

4. Carry out plans: Award-winning teachers must implement their development plans according to the contents of their plans

5. Project completion: Award-winning teachers must submit a project completion report and related documents. The second phase of funding will be released within one month after the Association has reviewed all completion reports and related documents.
